Kings Who Cook is an incredibly popular Brooklyn tasting event showcasing the culinary expertise of some of the "Kings" in our community. Each year, the event sells out with approximately 400 eager patrons ready to sample dishes prepared by our amateur and professional cooks. Attendees sample dishes from the Caribbean and Africa, remixes of Soul Food favorites, and new flavors they hadn't yet imagined. Cooks enjoy this opportunity to share their best dishes and professional cooks have the added benefit of networking with potential customers. 

Calling All Kings (prospective participants)!

If you would like to participate in this year’s Kings Who Cook, please complete the 2016 application.

• Participating Kings an prepare any type of dish they would like, including dessert. Expected attendance is approximately 400 guests so you're encouraged to prepare a large offering, keeping in mind that guests will sample each dish

• Kings will be provided with warming trays, racks, and sternos. Please provide your own serving utensils
• More details will be provided as the event draws near
